§ 1 c Coconut Milk (or your favorite milk)
§ 1 Avocado (could substitute Frozen Banana)
§ 2-3 Tb Raw Honey
§ ½ tsp Spirulina (for color and superfood boost)
§ 3-6 drops of Young Living Vitality Peppermint Oil (to taste)
§ 1 tsp Vanilla extract
§ 1 c Ice Cubes
§ (optional) 1 dollop TruWhip nondairy whipped topping
§ (optional) 1 tsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs
Blend the first seven ingredients until smooth, top with TruWhip and Cacao Nibs for a little chocolatey crunch and pleasing appearance.
