At this time, customers must call us to place an order.
We offer shipping for our (non-perishable) items. Items will go USPS or FedEx, depending on items. We will quote you the approximate shipping rate based on estimates of size and weight and ship time needed. Exact rates are determined after the product is boxed and ready to go.
Shipping to Canada is also available.
All orders must ship to one address. If you would like to have orders shipped to separate addresses, multiple orders must be placed.

We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us. Often, we have samples, demos, or testers in-store so you can try before you buy. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will happily refund the full purchase price (minus any shipping, handling, or other charges) of any unopened item with receipt within 30 days. We will give store credit at the current price (minus any shipping, handling, or other charges) of any unopened item with receipt after 30 days but within 3 months. We reserve the right to refuse a return if product is expired and more than 30 days have passed from date of purchase. We do not credit for opened products, with exceptions for issues of product quality, not individual preference. Without a receipt, store credit may be given for current retail price less 20%. We deduct this amount because the item may have been purchased during our 20% Tuesday Sale. Without a receipt, or after 3 months, we reserve the right to refuse credit of any kind.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within 30 days of purchase. Healthy Habitz 4 Life reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after the package has been returned to Healthy Habitz 4 Life and the refund will be credited to the original purchasing credit card. The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. Without a receipt, we cannot guarantee credit of any kind.
Special Order Exception: A special order is defined as any product which is not stocked by Healthy Habitz that has been purchased solely for the person(s) who requested it. Special order products must be pre-paid and are not eligible for return. It is up to the customer to thoroughly research the product before ordering. Healthy Habitz will not be held responsible for any changes to the product by manufacturer. In the case of defective products, we will work with the manufacturer on the customers behalf to do an even exchange. Customers must pick up special orders within 30 days of notification. Any defect must be brought to our attention within 7 days after customer has received product, otherwise we cannot guarantee the exchange. Customers are only able to cancel their orders if Healthy Habitz has not already placed the order with the manufacturer.
