About the event
This isn’t just a kids’ class — it’s an experience designed to help children move their bodies, build confidence, and dream big guided by Christie Hajduk with 925 Wellness and Carla Hurd with Battle Buddies Wellbeing.
In this special workshop for ages 5–12, we’ll:
Get moving with fun stretches and movements
Talk about mindset in a way kids can understand
Create personalized dream boards to inspire their goals
Encourage self-belief, creativity, and healthy habits
No preparation required! All materials and supplies needed for the workshop — including movement space and dream board materials — will be fully provided.
