BLUEBERRY LAVENDER NICE CREAM (Vegan)
Ingredients
2 cups frozen Michigan-grown organic blueberries (in flyer)
1 cup full-fat coconut cream (Native Forest brand)
4 teaspoons Blue Agave * (in flyer)
4 drops Lavender Vitality™ essential oil
Up to ⅓ cup coconut water
Instructions
Line a small casserole dish or large container with wax paper or parchment paper.
Add frozen blueberries, coconut cream, Lavender Vitality, and agave to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Pulse ingredients together, adding coconut water 1 tablespoon at a time to help the ingredients blend together smoothly. Be careful not to add too much liquid or your ice cream will become too soft.
Pour blended ingredients into the prepared dish, cover, and freeze for four hours.

NINGXIA RED MARINADE
Ingredients
¼ cup of Ningxia Red (see coupon)
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Blue agave * (in flyer)
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 drops of Basil Vitality essential oil
2 drops of Orange Vitality essential oil
1 drop of Vitality Black Pepper
1 pinch of salt
Directions: Mix all the ingredients and use to marinate fish, vegetables and/or salads.
*NOTE: We recommend Wholesome Organic Blue Agave Syrup, though it may be substituted with your sweetener of choice. Consider that texture and moisture content adjustments may also be needed. Agave is thinner and runnier than honey, and if using granular product, compensate a little extra liquid.
